It's 45 minutes of overcoming your doubts, fears and insecurities. We target specific muscle groups mixed with cardio in a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) setting. All levels are welcome and a certified instructor who will help you modify, go at your own pace and build your strength & confidence along the way. You will shred fat, target areas and build muscle! We offer a high level of accountability and encouragement and will invest in you to guide you through healthy lifestyle changes... it's just 45 minutes to a healthier YOU!
